first_imgWILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, September 27, 2018:Arthur S. Boulas (28, Woburn) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle with a Suspended or Revoked Registration, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and No/Expired Inspection Sticker. (9:39am)Truck struck a pole on Federal Street. Fire Department responded due to driver passing out. DPW and RMLD notified. Street closed. Vehicle towed. (10:01am)A Mink Run Road caller reported a vehicle struck her rock wall and damaged it. (10:47am)A representative from Kaufman Realty (owner of Wilmington Crossing plaza) contacted dispatch and relayed that they are aware of a squatter who has been staying inside different businesses at night. Caller requested extra patrols and will have someone check all doors and locks. (1:37pm)A Swain Road caller reported a phone scam. A number called her house and spoke to her father-in-law, requesting money to get her out of jail. No money or credit card info was given. (2:52pm)A caller reported a motorcycle driving recklessly, using excessive speed and tailgating on Main Street. Police advised operator, who denied claims.
